Scrub AI celebrates second year on the DataTech50 list

We’re excited to share that Scrub AI has been named in FinTech Global’s DataTech50 for the second year running, a list recognising the top companies improving how the financial industry manages its data.
The list is drawn from over 400 companies, with finalists chosen by a panel of industry experts and analysts. It’s designed to spotlight companies making data easier to manage, trust and use across the industry.
At Scrub, that’s always been the aim. Cleaning and preparing data is still one of the biggest bottlenecks in the industry. A lot of teams either do it manually or outsource the work entirely, which slows things down and takes up time and money that could be better spent elsewhere. We’re here to change that.
This year, we launched a sister platform for Delegated Authority data, helping carriers, MGAs and brokers get on top of their bordereaux data with the same clarity and speed we’ve brought to underwriting workflows. We’ve also made the platform even faster, cutting out a step and adding features that make cleaning and validating data quicker, with less back and forth.
“It’s lovely to be recognised again,” said Nicola Turner, our COO and Co-founder. “The real win is seeing how far the platform’s come and the impact it’s having on the teams using it.”
Many firms are still stuck with disconnected systems and patchy data. That slows everything down, and it makes adopting new tech like AI much harder than it needs to be. According to Gartner, by 2027, 60% of organisations will miss the mark on AI because of poor data foundations.
“Instead of having a unified data lake, many firms still have disjointed data networks,” said Richard Sachar, Director at FinTech Global. “Financial institutions need tools that can help them turn that data into a competitive advantage.”
That’s where we come in. We help teams get their data cleaned, validated and transformed in a few clicks, so they can move faster, make better decisions, and focus on the work that moves the needle.
